After starting his career in tech, he saw firsthand the growing skilled-trades labor shortage and made the decision to build something that could bridge the gap. Today, SkillCat helps contractors train, certify, and skillsmax technicians quicker – reducing callbacks, improving retention, all while creating clearly defined career paths inside their companies. Ruchir is passionate about making high-quality trades education accessible and helping contractors build stronger, more profitable teams.
