Before entering HVAC, Kimberly built a successful career in floral design and creative direction, but ultimately chose to pivot into the trades to build something hands-on and lasting. She went from SkillCat Student to business owner and now runs her own HVAC company, bringing a fresh perspective to leadership, branding, and field operations.
