Gurminder Sidhu is the Senior Director of Business Operations at North American Technician Excellence (NATE), where she plays a pivotal role in driving the organization’s strategic growth and operational excellence. With more than a decade of leadership at NATE, Gurminder guides the NATE team to advance NATE’s mission as the leader in developing and recognizing HVACR technicians. Throughout her career, Gurminder has also contributed to workforce development efforts across the HVACR sector, including serving on the Board of Directors for the Partnership for Air-Conditioning, Heating, Refrigeration Accreditation (PAHRA) and participating on the Rees Scholarship Foundation’s review committee, helping expand opportunities for the next generation of HVACR technicians. Gurminder Sidhu holds multiple master’s degrees from Norwich University and has completed executive certifications from both Harvard University and Oxford University.
