After a successful 25 year career in IT in the UK, Fred moved to take on a new challenge in the heating and renewables industry in 2008. After running his own business for nine years, his career progressed to gain skills and expertise working for Honeywell / Resideo, NIBE Energy Systems and most recently for one of Europe's leading gas boiler and heat pump manufacturers, Vaillant Group UK. Performing roles in Technical Support, Installer & Consumer Support, Pre Sales Design & Consultancy, and most recently Renewables Technical Training, he brings a broad spectrum of expertise. Recognised as one of the UK industry's leading heat pump champions and self professed geeks, he has been a speaker and panel participant in the UK renewables conference circuit for several years. Now living in the US, he brings his knowledge and expertise to a new audience.
