Eric Crews is the founder and CEO of Crews & co., a management consulting firm that helps companies grow. Passionate about helping companies achieve their goals, Eric and his firm have guided 300+ organizations to increased revenue, profit, and valuation while helping entrepreneurs and their teams live their ideal lives. A lifelong entrepreneur, Eric is also a partner in CE Painting, one of the fastest-growing commercial painting companies in New England, and previously owned Collegiate Entrepreneurs, a student painting company that employed over 11,000 people. All three companies have earned a spot on the Inc. 5000 list, with CE Painting and Crews & co. landing on the list for four years in a row. To help clients consistently achieve success, Eric and Crews & co. developed the Growth Method, a proven system to align teams, drive accountability, and deliver results. Crews & co. clients have generated hundreds of millions in additional profit and have exits totalling close to $1 billion and counting. Eric is an avid fundraiser for the Special Olympics, Dana Farber Cancer Institute, and Make-a-Wish. He has completed four Ironman Triathlons and run the Boston Marathon seven times. In his downtime, you can find Eric spending time with his family or sailing.
