Celeste Frazier-Barthel is Director of Curriculum and Education at Earth Forward Group, where she leads the design and delivery of STEM-aligned education and workforce training programs. She also serves as a STEM Education Ambassador for NASA’s Goddard Institute for Space Studies. With over 30 years of experience in STEM research, teaching, and training, Celeste has worked across K–16, graduate education, and the public sector in formal, informal, and special education settings. Her work spans curriculum development, teacher professional development, industry coaching, and interdisciplinary STEM initiatives in partnership with business, industry, and government organizations. Celeste holds a PhD in Science Education from Oregon State University, along with graduate degrees in Geography, GIS, and Educational Leadership. Her research and educational programs have been supported by federal, state, non-profit, and institutional funding and have impacted thousands of learners and educators.
