He founded HVAC Tactical in 2018, followed by the HVAC Tactical Awards in 2020 and HVAC Tactical Magazine in 2023—initiatives built to recognize accountability, leadership, and excellence within the skilled trades. His work is focused on elevating the HVAC industry by reigniting pride in the trade and encouraging technicians and contractors to master their craft.
